Late last year, a committee of three Board Members and three POA Members was formed to review the Governing Documents for Las Vegas Ranch Estates. The committee has completed their work and is prepared to make recommendations that will correct errors, strengthen and enhance the documents, and eliminate unnecessary provisions.
Prior to making recommendations and adopting changes, the Document Review Committee and the Board of Directors are soliciting your input. Here are the Draft versions of the governing documents:
Also note that these new versions also correct spacing and typographical errors.
